The Special Duties Directorate is the ministry arm of Dominion International Center dedicated to ministering to specific needs of parishioners through benevolence support spiritually, physically, financially, morally and emotionally.

The departments in this directorate include:

• Visitation and Ceremonies Team: This team is dedicated to ministering to parishioners and render adequate support at naming ceremonies, dedications, weddings, and bereavements.

• Research and Development Team: This team is dedicated to investigating and addressing areas of need, and evaluating the effectiveness of events, programs, and activities of the different facets of the church as relates to the vision and progress of DIC as a whole.
